Developing a brand for a pioneering device management platform











The Challenge

Strack is a technology development company offering platforms that allow users to control devices and track analytics.

They approached the team at AOS in need of a bold brand identity that would clearly communicate their new bold product software and a visual system that could scale across their user interface.









The Approach

The word 'strack' is a military term meaning buttoned up — the model of appearance for all others to follow.

With this in mind, we designed a visual system based on a dot grid pattern to keep everything in place; from typography, iconography and imagery.










The Logo

The logo is a cut of the dot-grid, with three circles and three colours symbolize the brand platform pillars — Control, Analytics, Operations.

The logo maintains a high-degree of flexibility by scaling up and acting as a frame for photography and custom iconography.
